What Is Body Building All About For Both Men And Youngsters?


It is a fact that men who exercise regularly live longer than an average man. It happens because regular exercise maintains immune and cardiovascular system of a man and keeps his body and health in good condition. Men who do body building remain fit because they do plenty of exercises. There is a misconception that body building for a man above age of 50 is dangerous for his joints. In reality, body building is safe for man who is above 50 years old and helps a person to strengthen his muscles.

You should know that body building for both youngsters and men of above 50 years of age is not only about lifting weights. Whether you are a youngster or man of old age, your workout should be done effectively. For instance, if you do your body building exercises slowly; then, it will help you strengthen your muscles effectively. The slower you do your body building exercises; the more you will feel that your muscles are getting stressed.

It is always a good idea to perform 5 sets of 15-20 reps for a single exercise while you do body building. If you think, you cannot do it; then, you should do at least 3 sets of 8-12 reps. And If you want fruitful results for your body and health from body building; then, you should consistently be involved in body building exercises.
