Whether you are a youngster or man of old age, your workout should be done effectively. For instance, if you do your body building exercises slowly; then, it will help you strengthen your muscles effectively. The slower you do your body building exercises; the more you will feel that your muscles are getting stressed.
It is always a good idea to perform 5 sets of 15-20 reps for a single exercise while you do body building. If you think, you cannot do it; then, you should do at least 3 sets of 8-12 reps. And If you want fruitful results for your body and health from body building; then, you should consistently be involved in body building exercises.
